If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the courier may attempt re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

If your package appears damaged during delivery, please refuse the package if possible or contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Please include clear photographs of the package and product so we can investigate the issue.

Currently, Kyro Clothing ships only within India. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
