You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Fitted with all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. We'll review it and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

We offer exchanges for:

• Wrong size (subject to stock availability)
• Defective or damaged products
• Incorrect item received

If the size you need is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit instead.

The following cannot be returned:

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale
• Gift cards
• Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
• Products returned without original tags or packaging

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If it is:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to reflect it
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
